Login as a return customer using your e-mail address and password, click Continue, and you will be on your way through the order process.

Can I track my order I placed with www.1888flowermall.com / IRM?
Yes. You can track your orders on the 1888mall.com webpage. Complete the following steps:
- Log in to your 1888flowermall.com account.
- On the My Account screen, click on Order Status.
Click on the invoice you wish to track. You can then click on the shipping symbol under the
Date Shipped column next to each item to view detailed tracking information.
1888flowermall.com / IRM ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service). Due to orders being fulfilled from different manafactures and direct importers warehouses, items may be shipped by any one of these carriers. Your items may be shipped separately from each other, even on the same order. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. You can find out who is shipping your items by tracking your order once it ships. Packages shipped via USPS display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.
