How do I add an item to my shopping cart?

Simply click on the Buy Now button on the item’s product information page.

  • You can continue adding items to your cart until you’re ready to make your purchase.
  • You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Basket icon located at the top of any page.

How do I find a specific item on 1888flowermall.com?

To search for an item on our site complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the www.1888flowermall.com  homepage.
  2. In the search box at the top left corner of the screen, type in the name of the product you are searching for (such as callalily)
  3. Click on the GO button.

1888flowermall will display the items that match the words you searched for.

Completing the Checkout Process

  1. Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in size, color, and quantity (if applicable). After you've finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT.

  2. Account Login

    When you have completed your shopping and have clicked CHECKOUT you will be taken to the My Account page. Here we will ask if you are a return or new customer. Please login accordingly, and click Continue.

    If you are a first-time shopper having trouble logging in as a new customer, you may have already subscribed to our newsletter. Our system recognizes you as a return customer (even if you have never purchased anything from us). Login as a return customer using your e-mail address and password, click Continue, and you will be on your way through the order process.

    If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password? to have your password emailed to you.

  3. Billing & Shipping Addresses (Sections A & B)

    After logging in, a page appears which will require you to enter My Account information. Please enter the full address to which your credit card statement is sent beneath "Billing Information".

    If the address you to which you are shipping your order to is the same as your billing information, you can select the box "My billing and shipping info are the same." If not, please also enter the complete address to which you would like to send your order. No PO boxs can be used in shipping address. 

    Remember: Your billing information and shipping address may be different. Make sure you have the correct information before clicking on Continue. Next on the page you can select your shipping option.

  4. Choose your shipping option / Who will ship your order? (Section C)

    The next section of this screen shows you the list of products you have selected for purchase. To the right of each product a shipping option will be listed. The cost of the shipping options are included after you choose your shipping method. (See our Shipping Policy for exceptions.) Large ticket items may require additional shipping costs, which will be clearly posted on the product description page. At times, we also provide expedited shipping offers which may affect the minimum shipping charge available on the site.

    If you are interested in expediting the delivery of your order, you can select from other shipping options.You may be given the option to choose from 3rd day Air, 2nd day Air, and Next day Air. Please choose the option that best suits your needs. Additional shipping charges will be listed for any expedited shipping or special handling. Please note that the shipping option you select will be for the item(s) listed for that option ONLY. You may have an order that contains items available for expedited shipping and items that can only be shipped Ground.

    1888flowermall.com ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS (United States Postal Service). Due to orders being fulfilled from different warehouses, items may be shipped by any one of these carriers. Your items may be shipped separately from each other, even on the same order. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. You can find out who is shipping your items by tracking your order once it ships. Packages shipped via USPS display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.

  5. Payment options (Section D)

    The final section to complete on this screen is to enter your credit card account number and expiration date. 1888flowermall.com allows you to pay via major credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard) or PayPal. Please note that for PayPal purchases, your Paypal account must have a confirmed Paypal street address for us to process your order. For security reasons, 1888flowermall.com can only ships to this confirmed address (the address that is listed with your Credit Card Company as your billing address). If you enter in a different address in the shipping address field, PayPal will automatically correct the order to ship to the address that is listed with your PayPal account. All credit card statements and PayPal, will have payment issued to Flowermall Inc. 

    We may contact you within two business days via e-mail and/or phone to verbally verify your order. We may not be able to ship your order if this information is inconsistent.

    • Are credit card transactions on 1888flowermall.com safe?

      Absolutely! In fact, statistically it's safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. 1888flowermall.com's servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and AOL's browser, so that only 1888flowermall.com can read a customer's personal information.     • Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?

      In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that My Account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

  6. Review all the billing information you have entered and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click Submit Order to complete the placement of your order.
