Aisle

• Consider creating an aisle with a magical pathway of rose petals and vine-laden torchieres as the setting for your grand entrance. Add potted ferns, flowers, candelabras and scented candles at intervals between the rows.
• If you're having your ceremony indoors, consider making a statement with a blush pink aisle or celery green runner for a crisp fresh look.
• If you're getting married in the garden, laying a runner over grass is a bad idea -- unless you want to make a head-over-heels entrance.

H O T   T I P Make sure your aisle is at least six feet wide. When both the parents escort the bride, you'll want eight feet to accommodate yourself, your dress and your parents.
